Trick or Treat!

We took Savannah out last year throughout our neighborhood but she was still really young to grasp the concept of trick or treat.  This year, however, was a very different story.  We got together with several of the families from Grace Bible Church  and went out trick or treating with them.  There were about 15 kids altogether and it was really fun to be in a big group.

Savannah decided she wanted to be a Water Fairy (apparently the Water Fairy is one of Tinkerbell's friends).  She saw the costume in Target and just fell in love.  Sydney, on the other hand, fell prey to our whim.  We decided that she would be super cute as a little lamb.  We, of course, decided this 3 days before Halloween because the lamb costumes went on sale online and they offered overnight shipping.  Yeah!!

Apple Pan Puff

If you're looking for a delicious breakfast dish for this weekend then look no further.  I have been making this dish for years and it is super easy and really delicious!  You can click on the recipe to make it larger.

Carving Pumpkins

Jason decided to carve another wonderful pumpkin this year.  He delighted all of the Webster children by carving a Dora pumpkin.  Great job daddy!

Sandbox scene

Savannah loves to play in the sandbox that her Nanny got for her last year. We added some water to the sand this morning and then created a fun design in the sand. It is so nice that we can get outside every day to play since the weather is so fair here. Thank you Nanny for such a fun sandbox!

Thank you Aunt Dawn and Uncle David!!

Savannah danced around with glee when she saw her new mug. She thought it was pretty cool that it had her name on it. :)

We spent the morning reading through the books.  They are really cute.  I love that they all start in one spot and end up in the same spot (i.e. mouse eating cookie with milk and then him drinking a glass of milk and needing a cookie).  They are darling.

New Family Blog

Welcome to the new Webster Family Blog!  We have been wanting to start a new blog for a long time now and since we just moved to the West Coast we thought this would be a good time to get things moving (not to mention the fact that my friend Nita gave me a nice nudge last night to put up a new blog).  This blog will be set to "private" so only our close friends and family will have access.

We'll start things off with some recent photos of our trip to North Lake Tahoe a few weeks ago.  We had a wonderful time swimming, playing and eating lots of good Mexican food on this trip.  We even roasted marshmallows in the fire pit at our hotel the last night.  What a treat!  The weather was amazing as you can see from the photos.  Just picture perfect.
